We are delighted to welcome you to the FDI Stadium in Montpellier for MBS’s 129th graduation ceremony.

All graduates will be seated on the floor area — please follow the signage and instructions from the event staff.
IMPORTANT: Please bring a refillable water bottle. Water fountains will be available on site.

A maximum of 2 guests per graduate, across all cohorts.
Depending on the number of registrations, extra places may become available from early May. Please send your request to direction.communication@mbs-education.com.
To avoid receiving follow-up emails and to free up places for your fellow graduates, please decline the invitation by clicking "Decline" on MBS Alumni email.
You will receive all your entry tickets a few days before the ceremony, sent to the email address registered on MBS Alumni and/or your guests' email addresses. Please note: the registration confirmation email is not an entry ticket.
To ensure the smooth flow of the on-stage presentation, all graduates are seated on the floor area set up for the event. Seats will be arranged by programme and groups. Guests will be seated in the stands. Please follow the signage and instructions from the event staff, as correct seating is essential to the smooth running of the ceremony.
Your apprenticeship supervisors and internship tutors will be invited via a separate invitation.
All places for the ceremony are entirely free of charge and cannot be sold.
Yes — they can simply connect to mbs-education.com. The ceremony will be livestreamed on the MBS Youtube channel
Yes, and so do your guests. ID may be requested at the entrance when your ticket is checked, and when collecting your graduation cap/bracelet before going on stage.
We're sorry, but only fully graduating students are authorised to go on stage. Students with partial resits may attend the ceremony as spectators in the stands, subject to seat availability.
Yes, for graduates. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this service for guests.
The FDI Stadium has dedicated spaces for people with reduced mobility (PRM). Please do not hesitate to contact us at direction.communication@mbs-education.com.
No food is available inside the FDI Stadium, but there are 2 nearby restaurants within walking distance. Please check their opening dates and times in advance: Bella Napoli and ZOO Gourmand.
As a reminder, we recommend avoiding single-use plastic water bottles — please bring your own.As with all venues, animals are not permitted, with the exception of service/assistance dogs with the appropriate documentation.
