Depending on the number of registrations, places may become available. They will be allocated from the date of the last graduation jury at the beginning of March 2025.

Please send your request to direction.communication@mbs-education.com

Additional places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Unfortunately, I cannot attend the ceremony:

To avoid being contacted by email and free up extra places for my fellow students, I decline the invitation by clicking on ‘Decline’ on the registration page received from MBS Alumni.

Your official diploma will be sent by post to the address you provided to MBS administrative services.

When will I receive my tickets?

I will receive all my entrance tickets at the beginning of March 2025 to the contact email address you have registered in MBS Alumni and/or to the email addresses of your guests.

Please note: confirmation of registration by email is not an admission ticket.

How do I get into the Zénith?

1.30 pm: I am a graduate, I show my entrance ticket with QR CODE

2pm: My companions must have their own entry ticket with a unique QR Code to gain access to the hall.

Can I be seated with my companions?

To ensure a smooth transition to the stage, all graduates will be seated together.

Seats will be divided by program and specialization/cohort (PGE, BIBA, MSc, MBA, DBA). Signage will correspond to your wristband. You will be seated with your classmates. Companions will be seated in the bleachers.

Please follow the signs and instructions given by the hosts/hostesses, as seating is essential for the ceremony to run smoothly.

No. Your apprenticeship masters and work placement tutors will be invited via a separate invitation.

I’ve been offered the chance to buy extra tickets
